Returns and Refunds

You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact me at gemma@gemmaoverendart.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Process

Once I receive your returned item, I'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

I recommend using a trackable shipping service, I can't guarantee I will receive your returned item otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact me immediately at gemma@gemmaoverendart.co.uk with photos and I will resolve it promptly.
